Around 2024 he watched the buyer journey shift in real time — customers stopped searching Google and started asking ChatGPT 'what's the best knife roll for chefs?' Sheath was invisible. That became the origin story for GRRO: the platform Jason wished he had then. Today he leads distribution, customer development, and the agency-first positioning that defines how GRRO goes to market.
